Until my last dying breath, I will remind humanity that it is impossible to achieve anything worth living for, on our own. 

Wherever we go and whoever we wish to become, we shall embrace our community in ANY way possible. As I mentioned before, my heart also belongs to every other non-human living creature on this planet, and I am eager to serve as an active member of a greener Valencia. 

Our beloved city of Valencia was awarded the European Green Capital 2024 title due to its past and current achievements in the field of sustainable tourism, climate neutrality, and fair and inclusive green transition. BRAVO! This is what getting awarded implies:

• Recognition of excellence: The award recognises cities that have a strong vision and provide evidence of outstanding efforts in creating a sustainable urban environment.

• Encouraging green transition: It encourages cities to become greener and cleaner, and to improve the quality of life for their citizens.

• Focus areas: The award assesses cities based on their performance in seven environmental areas: air quality, water management, biodiversity, waste and circular economy, noise pollution, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation.

Do you have any idea how much effort, resources, education, time, and people it takes to achieve all of these? It is definitely an outstanding achievement for the community.

Now more than ever, we are excited to support the city in its sustainable efforts and push our services and projects, including Interconnected Green Roofs.  Hopefully, through the guidance of the municipalities and other wonderful professionals, we will achieve great progress and make a green difference. 

For now, we are determined to share this information with every client we serve and any other person who is willing to read our content.
